SO YOU JUST BOUGHT A GS PRO

This was done on GT1 using a GS PRO 3.0

Hey, I just bought a GS Pro and how do you use this thing. I see a lot of this so I will go step by step. Follow along and learn how to use the GS pro memory editor.

1. Put the Gran Turismo disc in the playstation and install the GS Pro to the back of the playstation. Turn the playstation on.

2. Let's say we do not have enough money to buy what we want. So choose SELECT CHEAT CODES. Go to Gran Turismo 1.0 or 1.1 which ever money code works for you.

3. Push the start button two times. This will enter the game at the NOTICE screen go into the gameshark (push the button on the side of the gameshark) and turn the codes off and set screen resolution to 5. Return to game.

4.Enter the simulation mode. Go to the GARAGE, SAVE/TRADE, TRADE screen. Go into the gameshark turn the code back on and enter the game. download the money code by pushing start and select buttons at the same time.

5. Go into the gameshark and turn the codes off. Enter the MEMORY EDITOR.

6. At the memory editor screen push the select button. This will bring up another menu, push GO TO ADDRESS, at this screen enter your first car address. Mine is 8009BA98. Then push the X button. You should now be at the memory editor screen for the first car address. Push the circle button and return to the game.

7. Let's buy a car. Go buy a '96 GS Corvette. Then return back to the Garage screen. It should show a '96 GS Corvette in slot one. You should be at the screen showing what cars are in your garage.

8. Look at the corvette. It should show 323 hp and weigh 3218 lbs. Go back to the screen where the car list is. Enter the gameshark.

9. Enter the memory editor. You should see this on line one:
8009BA98 00 00 00 00 A6 00 00 00

If you do not see this you have the wrong first car address. You need to find your correct address and start over. .....I'm waiting for you.

10. To change the numbers in the memory editor chart use the left/right keypad to move around and the X and triangle button to actually change the numbers. Change the second line to this:
8009BA98 00 00 00 00 A6 00 00 00
8009BAA0 61 00 99 00 A7 00 00 00

You just added in this order engine balance, brake kit, brake controller.

Go look at you car. push the CIRCLE button to exit the memory editor.

11. You should now have 333hp. Exit back to the screen showing the list of cars. Go back to the memory editor screen.
