Now, fire it up, and then go to any lot ANYWHERE, and buy any car. I suggest Daihatsu, because of its low price. You buy the Daihatsu, and check out your garage. The car is named [R]--. Its pretty fast, and it is one of my favorites. Properly tuned, and with a good driver, it can compete with Jaguar XJ220, Lister Storm, Oreca Viper GTS/R, etc...

        How to get a 7 speed transmission

              The Subaru Pleo RM has a 7 speed transmission

              Use code 801ccfd0 0669 (code for 1.0 version)

In the game setting screen it will not show the 7th gear.

You will also not be able to adjust it here.

But what you can do is change the car name to the Pleo RM.

This will make the game think it's the Pleo RM, then you can go to settings and

and make you adjustments. After you get the trans gearing the way you want it

then change the name of the car back to what it orginally was.

The value of 0000 will make the car not move, with the tires spinning. The value of FFFF will cause you to have no tire spin on take off. Its hard on the engine though, so you will have to experiment with gearing to make the most of it. Now on driving tracks FFFF eliminates all push, but the car is hard to drive because of the reactions. Try to find a value midway that works best.
