             PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE

                 YOU GO ANY FURTHER

                                                THIS IS FOR GT2

There has been  problems building hybrids for GT2. It seems the older gamesharks 2.0 and down and GS PRO's 3.1 and up are having a lot of problems. For the older gamesharks all I can say is it is time to upgrade to at least a 2.4 version maybe even break down and buy a GS PRO.
As for you CDX'ers out there I am limited to what I know about that. I know enough not to buy one from what I have heard. :) But some really like it once they get past the problems it has. I have a page further on for you to read so don't bother with this.

Here is a list of thing you may want to try if you have problems. Regular gamesharks and PRO users.

1. Your first car address could be at any one of the following addresses.

801ccfb8
or
801cd558
or
801cd328

A. For regular gameshark users.
Try downloading the codes at the Start Game screen.
Then go look at the car in slot one in your garage.

B. For GS PRO users mainly 3.1 and up.
Try build cars at the Start Game Screen. Then go look at the car in slot one in your garage.

C. If you have too many made up codes, it can cause the car not to move. Decrease your Horsepower.

D. If the car wants to go up on two wheels increase the weight to over 1000 lbs.

E. If the car wants to go backwards at the start of the track. Stop a few times then try to go forward. It may work. If not try going forward in reverse gear it may work that way.

F. If you go to the setting menu and then return to the track and your car will not run. Leave the track completely then go back and go directly to the track to run.

G. If the car will not move at all. Try reducing your horsepower.

H. If your car takes to the air. Do not use the 2.55 downforce code stay below 1.85

I. There is several version of GT2 floating around out there.  Be sure you have the correct basecodes or first car address.

All I can think of for now :)
